Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Jobber to FieldFrame?

Sign in to the FieldFrame app, open the flow to connect Jobber (from onboarding or your account settings), and complete the Jobber authorization in the browser. You must allow the requested scopes so jobs and clients can sync. If your company uses a shared Jobber account, connect once per the workflow your admin defines.

How do I connect Google Drive?

Google Drive is connected at the organization level during company signup or from your admin settings. An owner or admin signs in with Google and grants Drive access so job photos can be stored in your company’s folder structure. Field techs use the connected Drive automatically after the admin completes setup.

My jobs are not loading — what do I do?

Check your internet connection, then pull to refresh the jobs list. Confirm Jobber is still connected (try reconnecting from settings). If you recently changed Jobber passwords or disconnected the integration in Jobber, reconnect OAuth in FieldFrame. If the problem persists, contact support@fieldframeapp.com with your account email.

My photos are not uploading — what do I do?

Verify Wi‑Fi or cellular data, ensure FieldFrame has permission to use the camera and photos, and confirm Google Drive is still connected for your organization. Large batches may take longer on slow networks. If uploads fail repeatedly, try signing out and back in, then contact support with approximate time and job ID if available.

How do I invite team members?

Company admins can invite teammates from the FieldFrame app using your organization’s invite flow (email invitations). Invited users receive a link or instructions to join your workspace. If you do not see invite options, your role may not include admin access—ask your organization owner.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription management depends on how you subscribed (e.g. company billing through Square vs. individual plans). Use the billing or account options in the app or admin portal where available, or email support@fieldframeapp.com with your organization name and the email on the account—we’ll confirm the correct cancellation path.

What happens to my photos if I cancel?

Photos already stored in your Google Drive remain in Drive under your control. FieldFrame’s access to Jobber and Drive may be removed after you disconnect or cancel, per your settings and our current policies. For specifics about retention and export, see our Privacy Policy or ask support.

Is FieldFrame available on Android?

Yes. FieldFrame is available on the Google Play Store for Android as well as the App Store for iOS. Search for “FieldFrame” or use the store link from fieldframeapp.com.

How do I disconnect Jobber?

You can disconnect the FieldFrame app from your Jobber account in the Jobber App Marketplace (Disconnect on the app listing), or follow any in-app disconnect options your version provides. Disconnecting revokes API access; reconnect anytime by running the Jobber OAuth flow again.

Who can see my job photos?

Photos are uploaded to your company’s Google Drive location and are visible to people who have access to those folders in Google (according to your Google Workspace or sharing settings). Within FieldFrame, access is limited to users in your organization as designed by your admins. Jobber itself receives notes or metadata you choose to add per product behavior—not the raw photo files unless you attach them elsewhere.
